Some pictures of a memorable evening on the opening ceremony of the Inter Tarot House in Lisbon.

The Palace Alverca was chosen to host the opening celebration of the Lisbon Tarot House. Now it's called House of Alentejo (Casa do Alentejo). It's a magnificent place, unfortunatelly marked by time.

This first meeting of Lisbon Tarot House will honor the beauty of this building and in future meetings many other beautiful and historical paces of Lisbon will be choosen.

About the opening of the Inter Tarot House in Lisbon

This event was basically a celebration of the beginning of this new project that aims to encourage contact and collaboration between professionals and all people interested in the Tarot and in disciplines related to it.

We emphasized the possibility of all those present to meet each others, exchange views, clarify doubts, open new possibilities for developing ideas.
Special invited guests are people with rich experiences and were be open to share them. So, it was an oportunity to talk with Vera Faria Leal, Luis Resina, Maria Morais, José Abrantes and me (coordinator of the Tarot House).

After this first contact it was presented the project of a new deck, the Never Ending Tarot (Tarot Interminável). This deck is being developed with the collaboration of many artists from different fields (painting, sculpture, photography, illustration, comics ...), some of them already created several tarot cards. Two of these artists were special guests at this event, and it was an interesting opportunity to meet them and their work.

This was followed by the intervention of special guests that could not be in place, but participated via telephone and internet (Skype videoconferencing). Rachel Pollack spoke to the participants, and Marcus Catz presented a new Tarot spead, opening doors to the simplicity and creativity creativity as a way to reach the complexity of large Tarot readings.

Everyone present received a dossier with information about the Lisbon Tarot House and a printed card from the Never Ending Tarot choosen for this event. Several persons had the luck to receive a card of the Never Ending Tarot autographed by the artists who created them.

At the end of the event, some stayed to have dinner and talk, in the restaurant of the Casa do Alentejo (House of Alentejo).

Luis Resina, tarot reader, astrologer, numerologist, with a long career as a teatcher in these areas. Involved in many projects of information about these areas through conferences, books, online publications ...

Veet Pramad, tarot reader, tarot teatcher, well known for his therapeutic tarot method, author of the book Tarot Course and its Therapeutic Use (Curso de Tarô e o seu Uso Terapêutico).

Kimon, tarot reader, tarot teatcher, involved in various hermetic disciplines, author of many articles about tarot, member of internationals societies of tarot incuding Tarotsophy - Tarot Professionals

Maria Morais, sculptor (disciple of Lagoa Henriques), author of some of the cards in the deck Never EndingTarot (project oriented by Joao Caldeira).

José Abrantes, illustrator and comic artist, with a career of more than 30 year , also author of some of the Never Ending Tarot cards.

Center San Rafael (Centro de Sao Rafael), located in Matosinhos (Oporto - Portugal), where you can find various areas of therapeutic intervention and training, which includes the Tarot.

There were many other people related to tarot and astrology, as well as numerology, reiki, photography, painting, cabala....
Some of them will be special guests of upcoming events of tarot that we will have every month in many beautiful places of Lisbon. We will join the art of Tarot with many other arts.

The Lisbon Tarot House will promote enconter and exchange of experiences between tarot professionals. We will reach all those who are interested in Tarot and Hermetic disciplines.

Promoting meetings, exhibitions, training, tarot readings, to make life more beautiful, more complete, more full of paths and solutions.

Beeing a Member of My Tarot Hose and Tarot Professionals is a strong foundation for this project.
